1. The part-time agent: Agents who only work in real estate part-time may not have the time or resources to keep up with the fast-paced changes in the market. They may also lack the necessary connections and expertise to compete with full-time agents.
 
2. The one-trick pony: Agents who only specialize in one area of the market, such as luxury homes or first-time homebuyers, may struggle as the market shifts and demand for different types of properties changes.
