Emaar's founder, Mohamed Alabbar, detailed the extravagant design of The Oasis during an event held at Dubai’s Armani Hotel in June. The Oasis will sprawl across an extensive area, boasting water canals, lakes, parks, jogging tracks, and green spaces, designed to complement the residents' luxurious lifestyle. “Our primary objective is to design one-of-a-kind destinations that provide unmatched comfort and luxury,” Alabbar added.
The unveiling ceremony of The Oasis was graced by the Indian actor, Shah Rukh Khan, who praised Emaar's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional urban marvels.
The Oasis features an expansive 1.5 million square feet retail area, showcasing a diverse selection of lifestyle brands catering to the needs and preferences of its discerning residents. Beyond shopping, The Oasis is set to offer a rich dining experience, with a variety of food and beverage outlets slated to open.
Palmiera at The Oasis, as detailed in Emaar’s brochure, is envisioned as an idyllic retreat away from the city's bustle. It promises residents a blend of nature and grandeur. Located strategically close to major transportation routes, such as Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road (D54) and the future extension of Al Khail Road (E44), Palmiera provides easy access to the heart of Dubai.
Spanning 100 million square feet, the villas at Palmiera at The Oasis are available in both 4 and 5-bedroom options. Amenities include an exclusive community center with a swimmable lagoon, gymnasium, and wellness areas. These facilities offer high-quality spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, according to the Emaar website.
