Intercity buses between Dubai and Abu Dhabi will resume on August 9 this year as demand rises, Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announced in a statement. The resumption of the E102 was done in light “to support the return to normalcy following the Covid-19 pandemic and in response to the increasing demand for the intercity bus service,” Commuters can access buses on the E102 route from Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai and Mussaffah in Abu Dhabi. Coaches will operate at 60 minute intervals. This year, two services were also restored — the E101 from Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai to Abu Dhabi and the E100 route from Al Ghubaiba, located near Dubai Creek, to Abu Dhabi’s bus central station.
