(ISR) must be a self-starting, motivated entrepreneur to join our organization as an Independent Sales Representative. As one of our representatives, you take the initiative in finding potential clients, developing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process to find the properties that can best satisfy their needs. You need to have excellent communication skills and must be well-versed in Real Estate sales and negotiation. This position is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, enjoys managing their own client base, and can achieve goals with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients through networking and following leads
  • Arranging meetings with potential and existing clients to present options
  • Develop relationships with clients to determine their needs
  • Find properties that meet client’s needs
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Track progress and developments through customer relationship management platforms
  • Work with company management to develop trailered solutions for each client
