Property Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate/Holiday Homes Investment)

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on investments and experience in the holiday homes investment sector. A bachelor's degree is required.

The Property Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential property acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and executing property acquisition transactions. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing property acquisition strategies, and for managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as sellers, agents, and lenders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential property acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence and execute property acquisition transactions
• Develop and implement property acquisition strategies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as sellers, agents, and lenders
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
