Product Analyst (Real Estate Investment)

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.

The Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of the company's real estate investment products, including conducting market and feasibility studies, creating financial models and projections, and performing risk assessments. The analyst will also be responsible for identifying product improvements and providing recommendations to management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of the company's real estate investment products
• Conduct market and feasibility studies, including analyzing market trends and potential risks
• Create financial models and projections for real estate investment products
• Identify product improvements and provide recommendations to management
• Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on investments and experience working in an established company
• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
