Leasing Director (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Director to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on leasing and experience working in an established company. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.

The Leasing Director will be responsible for leading the company's leasing efforts, including developing and implementing leasing strategies, managing the leasing process, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as tenants, agents, and landlords.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in leasing, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's leasing efforts, including developing and implementing leasing strategies
• Manage the leasing process, from property listing to lease signing
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as tenants, agents, and landlords
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all leasing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy
