Innovation & Experience Strategist (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Innovation & Experience Strategist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on innovation and customer experience. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred.

The Innovation & Experience Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience and drive innovation within the company. This will include conducting market research, identifying customer needs and pain points, and developing and implementing new initiatives to enhance the customer experience. The strategist will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends and key players. Experience working in an established company is preferred, as is a background in customer experience or innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and drive innovation within the company
• Conduct market research and identify customer needs and pain points
• Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the customer experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
