Head of Talent Acquisition (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on talent acquisition and a proven track record of success in this area. A bachelor's degree is required.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition efforts, including developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies and industry organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's talent acquisition efforts, including developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies and industry organizations
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all talent acquisition initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on talent acquisition and a proven track record of success in this area
