Financial Analyst (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a strong focus on investments and real estate lending. A master's degree in finance is preferred.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of real estate projects, including conducting market and feasibility studies, creating financial models and projections, and performing risk assessments. The analyst will also be responsible for identifying investment opportunities and providing recommendations to management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of real estate projects in the Dubai market
• Conduct market and feasibility studies, including analyzing market trends and potential risks
• Create financial models and projections for real estate projects
• Identify investment opportunities and provide recommendations to management
• Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• Analysis Market trends and statistics to project the future of Real Estate Market
• Preparing financial reports, performing market analysis, sourcing, or evaluating acquisitions
• Creating models to predict situations, and budgeting properties

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a focus on investments and real estate lending
• Master's degree in finance or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and key players
• Experience in development planning, strategic investments
• Must have an investment or lending firm experience 
• Must have minimum 3 years’ Experience UAE, and Dubai Real Estate Market
